What is personnel development?

Personnel development is about promoting individuals and teams. Sometimes the need arises from an annual employee appraisal, sometimes due to a change of position or a strategic change. It can be about building or expanding skills or about personal attitude and development. We cover the entire spectrum: from training, workshops and large group events to coaching (1:1 or in a team) and much more. We interlink all personnel development measures in such a way that they have the greatest possible impact.

Measures

Skills development is not always the right tool and the most obvious topic is not necessarily the most important. The key first question is: what do you want to achieve? If, for example, you want more efficient meetings, developing meeting and facilitation skills would be a suitable option. However, cultural elements may also play a role. Thus, the precise definition of objectives forms the basis of our consulting concept so that we can develop the best range of activities to help you move forward.

Learning

Imparting knowledge is only one part of learning. Often, it is even more important to reflect and understand the reasons why, despite existing knowledge, people act differently than would be “right”. We design effective learning processes and accompany participants on their individual path, ensuring that they become better in the topics that are most relevant to them.

Implementation

Our focus is on integrating new skills and knowledge into the everyday lives of “learners”. We actively support the learning journey – but prefer even more to promote self-organized peer groups that support each other in their own companies and everyday working lives. This has maximum impact.
